The ultimate floss for cleaning braces, dentures and implants. The thick, fleecy thread gently fills the spaces for efficient cleaning and threaders at both ends make it easy to use.
For cleaning dentures and orthodontic devices. Very thick fleecy thread with threader at both ends. Particularly practical threaders are not softened by saliva and thus remain strong without swelling up.
Crowns, bridges, implants, as well as braces, all represent very special challenges when cleaning. Curaprox now has a very special dental floss, fleecy thread DF 845 implant & braces. The fleecy central area fills the space gently and cleans with maximum efficiency and is particularly easy to use. Threaders at both ends make it easy to access even the narrowest gaps between the teeth and the fleecy section slides just as easily through them as it does under the wires fitted to orthodontic devices such as braces. And remember, threaders are not softened by saliva and thus remain strong without swelling up. And when travelling, thanks to the handy dental floss box, DF 845 implant & braces is always on hand.

About Cracked Teeth
Tooth fractures are common in every dental practice. Most people associate cracked teeth with an accident or injury to an anterior or front tooth. While this is a common occurrence, most dentists find fractures in the posterior teeth or molars. This type of fracture is most associated with “cracked tooth syndrome”.
Tooth fractures can be caused by many reasons
> Abnormal teeth grinding (bruxism)
> Chewing or biting on hard surfaces (ice, popcorn kernels or hard candy)
> Large fillings (amalgams) or other restorations which weaken tooth structure
> Change in mouth temperatures (drinking hot coffee then a cold beverage)
> An injury to the mouth
Fractured or cracked teeth are difficult to diagnose because they do not necessarily show up on x-rays and may be difficult to see upon examination of the mouth. However, tooth fractures generally have the following signs and symptoms.
> Sensitivity to hot and/or cold food or beverage
> Intermittent pain upon chewing or biting
