The outer bristles are specifically angled inward to reach in and around brackets and behind the archwire where up to 80% of plaque and build-up occur. Inner bristles are 2mm shorter for adaptation to appliance components. Bristle tufts are medium finish to more aggressively clean brackets and archwire.
