Why we made this
We have developed a special oral foam to clean aligners, and other removable appliances. This product, which is also caring for gums and teeth, is a gentle and safe cleaning product based on active oxygen. A multitude of micro-bubbles releases powerful oxygen for the hard-to-reach areas. We discovered how well it works for hygienic and safe cleaning of your aligners or other removable appliances.
How you use it
Apply oral foam directly to the aligner, braces or dentures. Make sure it is evenly distributed so that all parts are well covered. Place the aligner, or other removable appliance, with the foam in it back in the mouth and spit out any excess foam. In case of heavy stains, let the oral foam soak in for 5 minutes first and then brush the aligner clean with a soft toothbrush.
Substance over flash
True to our mission, we double down on what’s essential and cut out superfluous elements. We have selected the best ingredients nature offers, like lactoferrin, a powerful protein we call the immunity booster, xylitol from birch bark which is effective against the streptococcus mutans bacteria and organic honey, also known to be an ancient medicine. We have left out alcohol to avoid dryness and fluoride because there are enough body-friendly substitutes that do the trick. And of course, this product is pH neutral. These ingredients are carefully selected and combined, what we leave out is as important as what we put in.

About Cracked Teeth
Tooth fractures are common in every dental practice. Most people associate cracked teeth with an accident or injury to an anterior or front tooth. While this is a common occurrence, most dentists find fractures in the posterior teeth or molars. This type of fracture is most associated with “cracked tooth syndrome”.
Tooth fractures can be caused by many reasons
> Abnormal teeth grinding (bruxism)
> Chewing or biting on hard surfaces (ice, popcorn kernels or hard candy)
> Large fillings (amalgams) or other restorations which weaken tooth structure
> Change in mouth temperatures (drinking hot coffee then a cold beverage)
> An injury to the mouth
Fractured or cracked teeth are difficult to diagnose because they do not necessarily show up on x-rays and may be difficult to see upon examination of the mouth. However, tooth fractures generally have the following signs and symptoms.
> Sensitivity to hot and/or cold food or beverage
> Intermittent pain upon chewing or biting

As at August 2021 and recommended in the Australian Dental Association document “Managing Covid-19 Guidelines” it states that “We recommend that prior to commencing treatment all patients should be asked to undertake a 20-30 seconds pre-procedural mouthrinse with 1% hydrogen peroxide mothrinse".
> 1% Hydrogen Peroxide mouthrinse
> Ready to use solution, no additional preparation required
> Available in mild mint and wildberry flavours
> Swirl PREP can be used before, during and after dental procedures to sanitise the oral cavity
Dispense approximately 20ml of solutions into a disposable cup. Ask the patient to swish for 20 – 30 seconds then spit.
Do not rinse with water after. Rinsing with water will dilute the sanisating effect.
