How you use it
For day-to-day improvement of oral health use one capsule twice daily during a meal. Before, during or after dental treatment take a capsule three times daily during meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose unless prescribed. If you use other supplements, please first seek advice from an expert if it’s ok to combine. While the capsule is easy to swallow, the contents can also be removed from the capsule and blended into food. Supplement – the word says it all: it supplements your (already) varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Please note that this supplement is not suitable for children up to 17 years.

How you use it
First dry the affected area with a cotton swab for the gel to stay in place. Then use the tube to apply Bluem oral gel on the required spot: a maximum of 1 ml of oral gel on each location, which is approximately the size of a pea. Do not apply more than 5ml of oral gel per day. Once applied, leave the gel as long as possible, but rinse your mouth approximately one hour after application. Before using Bluem oral gel, do brush / rinse with Bluem toothpaste and/or mouthwash or as indicated by your dental care professional.

We have developed a special oral foam to clean aligners, and other removable appliances. This product, which is also caring for gums and teeth, is a gentle and safe cleaning product based on active oxygen. A multitude of micro-bubbles releases powerful oxygen for the hard-to-reach areas. We discovered how well it works for hygienic and safe cleaning of your aligners or other removable appliances.
How you use it
Apply oral foam directly to the aligner, braces or dentures. Make sure it is evenly distributed so that all parts are well covered. Place the aligner, or other removable appliance, with the foam in it back in the mouth and spit out any excess foam. In case of heavy stains, let the oral foam soak in for 5 minutes first and then brush the aligner clean with a soft toothbrush.
