Specially developed for the demanding requirements of ophthalmology, the MELAstore Tray enables maximum efficiency and safety throughout the entire reprocessing process of your cataract surgical sets.

Flexible and Safe
The MELAstore Tray Ophthalmology consists of an upper and a lower basket, which are equipped with flexible, positionable silicone bars. These ensure that both rigid and articulated instruments are held securely.

Effective Cleaning
The lower basket is equipped with an injector rail and versatile connections that ensure reliable cleaning and disinfection of your complex hollow-body instruments (e.g. phaco, irrigation and suction handpieces).

Time Saving
The instruments are inserted directly into the silicone bars after the procedure, which considerably speeds up preparation and reprocessing thanks to a standardised process.

Space Saving
Up to 6 MELAstore Ophthalmology trays can be inserted into the universal holder of the MELAtherm to save space and can be optimally adapted for cleaning and disinfection.

Protection Against Recontamination
After cleaning and disinfection, the upper and lower baskets are combined to form a set and packed in a MELAstore Box 200. The integrated filter protects the instruments from recontamination during storage.
