How you use it
Use Bluem mouthwash as a more than once daily mouthwash. Rinse for at least 60 seconds after brushing. Cleanse your mouth at least twice a day, preferably after eating. You only need a small sip. Fill the cap to the first or second rim and find out what suits you best.
